Enterprise Terms of Service

1. Infrastructure Provisioning
By initializing an integration with Waypoint Systems, you are provisioned dedicated compute and database resources. You agree not to use this infrastructure to execute distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, mine cryptocurrency, or host illegal content.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee a 99.99% uptime for our core temporal indexing engine. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to tenant administrators 48 hours in advance. Failure to meet the SLA entitles the tenant to compute credits as outlined in your specific enterprise contract.
3. API Usage & Rate Limiting
To protect node integrity, all API endpoints are strictly rate-limited. Exceeding your contracted query volume will result in temporary HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) throttling.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this enterprise infrastructure agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
