1. Data Minimization & Telemetry
Waypoint Systems operates on a zero-trust architecture. We collect only the minimum telemetry required to maintain 99.99% uptime for our PostgreSQL clusters. We do not inspect, parse, or monetize the temporal relational data processed through our nodes.
2. Cryptographic Standards
All user payload data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and in transit via TLS 1.3. Query logs are immutable and isolated per tenant using strict JWT boundaries.
3. Third-Party Subprocessors
We do not share, sell, or route your data to unauthorized third-party marketing or analytics engines. Infrastructure subprocessors (e.g., edge delivery networks) are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) compliant with global standards.
4. Compliance & User Rights
Our infrastructure is engineered to support GDPR and CCPA compliance. Enterprise administrators retain full CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) capabilities over their node data. To execute a Right to be Forgotten request across our edge network, contact your dedicated account manager or email admin@waypointsystems.in.
